Pavilion Place offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes designed for a range of living needs.

  • One-bedroom floorplans include one bathroom and range from 615 sq. ft. to 800 sq. ft., providing a comfortable separate bedroom for added privacy.
  • Two-bedroom apartments include two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms at 962 sq. ft. to 1040 sq. ft – ideal for roommates, guests, or a home office.

Each floor plan may vary in size, layout, natural light, and views, so availability can change frequently as apartments are leased.

  • The floor plan you choose (one-bedroom or two-bedroom)

Pavilion Place currently offers flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months, allowing you to choose the duration that best fits your plans.

A lease is a legally binding agreement outlining your rental terms, including your monthly rent, lease duration, and community policies.

You can apply in two ways:

  • Online: The most common and fastest option. Click the “Apply Now” button located in the contact form on the property homepage or alongside available inventory in the Floor Plans & Availability section. You will be guided to our application portal, where you can create an account and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your application. Applying online is the quickest way to secure an available apartment before availability changes.
  • In person: You can also visit the leasing office in person, if you prefer assistance with the application process. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
  • Need assistance? Please call our leasing team and we’ll be happy to help guide you through the application process.

As part of your application, you will typically be asked to provide:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • Employment and income verification documentation, which may include:
    • Most current paystub equaling one month and six consecutive bank statements showing payroll direct deposit if currently employed;
    • Previous year’s individual tax return and six consecutive bank statements showing deposits if self-employed;
    • An offer letter on company letterhead, indicating position, salary and contact information if pending employment;
    • A Social Security Benefit Letter, SSA-1099, or SSA Notice of Change in Payment if unemployed
  • Reference information and documentation from a landlord, apartment community, or mortgage company for rental verification
  • Consent for a background and credit check

Pavilion Place offers several tour options so you can choose what works best for you:

  • Self-guided tours: Tour the community on your own schedule. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and entry details ahead of your visit, allowing you to explore at your own pace without a leasing agent present.
  • In-person tours: Meet with a friendly leasing consultant who will walk you through the community, show available apartments, and answer any questions about pricing, availability, and the application process in real time.
  • Virtual tours: If you’re unable to visit in person, you can tour remotely through a live Zoom video call, giving you a detailed view of the apartment and amenities from anywhere.

Tours can be scheduled directly through the website by selecting a date and time that works for you. When scheduling your tour, you will be asked to provide basic contact information and confirm your appointment. For all tours, a valid ID will be required.

The credit is applied to your second full month’s rent, rather than upfront.

Pricing & Fees

When applying for an apartment, you should plan for the following initial costs:

  • Application fee: $45 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Administration fee: $100 (non-refundable)
  • Security deposit: $50 for one- and two-bedroom apartments

The security deposit is held throughout your lease and is used to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid balances at move-out.

If you have a pet, additional costs will apply:

  • Pet deposit: $300 non-refundable fee per pet
  • Pet rent: $10 per pet, per month (maximum of 2 pets allowed)

In addition to these upfront costs, your total move-in amount may also include:

  • Prorated rent, depending on your move-in date
  • Any applicable fees or add-ons selected during the leasing process

Because total move-in costs can vary based on your specific apartment, move-in date, and selections, you’ll see a full cost breakdown before completing your application.

Yes. Your security deposit is refundable after you move out, as long as:

  • The apartment is returned in good condition (normal wear and tear is expected)
  • There are no outstanding balances on your account

If there are damages beyond normal use or unpaid charges, those amounts may be deducted from your deposit before the remainder is returned.

Yes. In addition to base rent, there are standard monthly fees associated with living at Pavilion Place:

  • Monthly Billing Administrative Fee: $3/month
  • Pest Control: $1/month
  • Credit Reporting: $5/month
  • Tenant Liability Insurance: $11.50/month when enrolled in IMT’s Tenant Liability Program

Utilities are not included and will vary based on your usage and service providers.

Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own utilities. Water, sewer, City of Houston drainage, and trash costs vary. Internet is available through high-speed providers.

Pets

There are no weight restrictions, but certain breeds are restricted.

The following breeds (and any mix of these breeds) are not permitted:

Doberman, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Rottweiler, Chow, Wolf hybrids, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Malamute, Akita, Deerhound, and Siberian Husky.

Exception: Assistance animals are not subject to breed restrictions.

Please note: all animals must be housebroken, have current proof of vaccinations, and provide breed documentation. A photograph and animal interview are required. No exotic pets are permitted.

Yes. The following pet-related fees apply:

  • Pet deposit: $300 non-refundable fee per pet
  • Pet rent: $10 per pet, per month

Service animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are exempt from pet fees and rent in accordance with applicable Texas law.
