IMT Residential Achieves Platinum in Every 2025 Mystery Shop Quarter, Marking 15 Consecutive Quarters

IMT Residential, a nationwide leader in apartment management, has once again been recognized for exceptional customer service, achieving Platinum Level status in the Ellis Partners in Management Solutions benchmarking program in all four quarters of 2025. Notably, IMT Residential was the only participating company to earn Platinum status during the year, marking its 15th consecutive quarter at the program’s highest level of recognition.

The Ellis Quarterly Benchmark measures success through “apartment mystery shoppers,” who evaluate the leasing experience from the perspective of prospective residents. These shoppers provide objective feedback on factors such as professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness, helping companies refine training programs and enhance the overall customer experience.

The Ellis Partners benchmarking program evaluates companies based on performance in two categories: the Traditional Benchmark and the Customer Experience Benchmark. Companies earn platinum, gold, silver, or bronze designations based on scores from mystery shop assessments. In 2025, IMT Residential achieved an average Traditional Benchmark score of 98%, significantly outperforming the industry average of 84%. To qualify for Platinum Level status, companies must earn an average score of 97% or higher, an achievement IMT Residential reached in each quarter of the year.

In addition to its Platinum performance in the Traditional Benchmark, IMT Residential also earned Gold Level recognition in the Customer Experience Benchmark in all four quarters of 2025. This benchmark measures the prospect experience across service categories such as value, responsiveness, and loyalty. IMT Residential achieved its highest Customer Experience score in the fourth quarter of 2025, reaching 4.3, compared to the industry average of 3.7.

These results highlight IMT Residential’s ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional leasing and resident experience across its nationwide portfolio.
