Presented annually by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) and the California Building Industry Association (CBIA), the Gold Nugget Awards are among the nation’s oldest and most respected programs recognizing excellence in residential design, planning, and development. From more than 800 entries across North America, Award of Merit winners represent the highest-scoring projects selected by a Blue Ribbon panel of industry experts and advance as finalists for the Gold Nugget Grand Awards.
