10 IMT Residential Communities Named to 2025 Elite 1% ORA® Rankings for Exceptional Resident Experience

IMT Residential is proud to announce that 10 of its communities have been named to the 2025 Elite 1% ORA® Power Rankings, recognizing the nation’s top-performing apartment communities for online resident satisfaction and reputation management.
Compiled annually by J Turner Research, the Elite 1% designation represents the highest-rated 1% of more than 150,000 properties nationwide, making this achievement a significant distinction for each community recognized.

To qualify, communities must achieve a minimum ORA® score of 94. Rankings are determined using a proprietary model that evaluates ratings and reviews across major review platforms and Internet Listing Services (ILS), ensuring an objective and comprehensive assessment.
