IMT Residential Ranks #6 in 2025 ORA Power Rankings for Division III

IMT Residential has once again been recognized among the top property management companies in the nation for online reputation. In J Turner Research’s 2025 Division ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Ranking, IMT ranked #6 in Division III, marking the fifth time the company has earned a spot in these prestigious rankings.

The Division ORA Power Rankings recognize the Top 25 management companies in Divisions II through V based on portfolio size, with Division III including companies that manage between 10,000 and 19,999 units. IMT Residential’s continued placement in this ranking reflects the company’s focus on delivering consistent, high-quality resident experiences across its portfolio.

The ORA® Power Rankings are based on an independent, standardized methodology developed by J Turner Research. The scores are derived from online ratings and reviews across more than 150,000 multifamily properties nationwide and are aggregated into a single metric on a 0 to 100 scale. These rankings serve as a trusted industry benchmark for measuring and comparing reputation performance.
