IMT Residential has once again earned national recognition in Apartment Ratings’ epIQ Index Top Management Companies & Communities Biannual Report, ranking #14 among management companies and achieving an epIQ score of 89.651 and a grade of A.

In addition to this portfolio-wide recognition, IMT Chandler was ranked among the Top 100 Communities Nationwide, securing the #90 spot with an outstanding epIQ score of 97.109 and a grade of A+.
